Mail-in reservation is not availaible, but you can register in-person on-site on the day of the conference.

Refund Policy

Registrants will be refunded full amount paid, less a $25 cancellation processing fee for cancellations through November 15,2008.  There will be no refunds after November 15, 2008.  To request a refund, please send an email to rsvp@aitphawaii.org.
